In CALAFELL HOME APARTMENTS we worry about the security of our guests, that’s why we have adapted a series of measures against COVID-19.
We follow the official cleaning and hygiene protocols in order to avoid any risk of contagion in our apartments, prioritizing the desinfection of all surfaces with special attention upon each guests arrival.
Our cleaning and maintenance team is based on highend professionals who always seek to offer the best service. Throughout the cleaning and desinfection process, special atention is payed to frequently touched surfaces:
switches, remotes, knobs, taps, buttons, bells, hangers, keys…
Personal fabrics such as towels or bed linen are washed at 60• C at a special and longer washing mode. Dishes and kitchen utensils will be sanitized twice in between guests to minimize risk of contagion.
The floor and cleaning staff will not provide services in the apartments while the guest remains inside, unless there is a justified cause. We leave the apartments empty with no residents for a minimum of 72h before entry of a new guest.
Our common areas are carefully desinfected with certified products that destroy viruses and bacteria on a 99.9%.
Our common areas have limited capacity, adapting to state regulations at all times.
Masks will be used at all times under the current legislation, we also highly recommend our guests use them in all common areas such as elevators, reception , swimming pool and main entrances.
All our professionals use personal protection equipment (PIDs), such as masks and gloves, during the performance of their tasks.
