For thermal and acoustic insulation, we’ve used high-quality materials in all exterior walls and the building’s roof. Flooring and ceilings in each apartment also feature advanced insulation.
All apartment windows are fitted with PVC tilt-and-turn frames and thick glass for optimal insulation.
Climatization
Calafell Home Apartments features an aerothermal climate control system with fan coils, a renewable energy source recognized by European Directive 2009/28.
This system harnesses thermal energy from the outdoor air to meet the heating and cooling needs of each apartment.

Air Ventilation
Our apartments are equipped with an air treatment and renewal system that reduces CO2 levels and filters the air without needing to open the windows for ventilation.
This system does not eliminate odors or cooking fumes. For these, the use of extractor hoods is required.
Hot Water
Calafell Home Apartments uses an aerothermal heat pump system to produce hot water by extracting free energy from the outdoor air.
This technology provides a sustainable and environmentally friendly solution, utilizing the thermal energy of air as a renewable and inexhaustible resource.
Lighting System
All lights installed in our apartments and common areas use LED technology.
Common areas feature motion sensor lighting that activates only when needed.
The terrace-solarium lighting features a control system to prevent lights from staying on during the day, functioning only when it gets dark.
Efficient Appliances
At Calafell Home Apartments, you’ll find appliances with an A energy efficiency label, the highest rating.
These appliances are environmentally friendly, consuming minimal energy and/or water.

Each apartment is equipped with separate bins to facilitate recycling and waste separation.
You’ll find recycling containers conveniently located near our apartments, specifically on Mossèn Jaume Soler Street (next to the train tracks).
